Specialized in the production of quick coupling lines and hose fittings, Funguap is participating in the 2017 edition of Tubotech | International Trade Fair for Pipes, Valves, Pumps, Fittings and Components with the objective of increasing its market share and seeking new business opportunities.
At the 9th edition of the fair, which takes place from October 3 to 5 at the São Paulo Expo in São Paulo, the company will focus on quick couplings and connections for industrial pipes, hoses, and flexible lines, in addition to presenting the DS-FUNGUAP dry-break disconnect coupling – Dry Break; Dry Disconnect model.
For Funguap's commercial director, Lafayette Ferreira Cabral, “participation in Tubotech is an excellent way to strengthen the brand, increase our closeness to our market and present new products, creating new opportunities,” he highlighted.
Operating in the steelmaking, mining, chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas supply chain, road transport, maritime, and aviation segments, Funguap, a company founded in 1994, concentrates in its manufacturing area machining, a testing laboratory, non-ferrous metal casting (copper and aluminum alloys), as well as ferrous metal investment casting (stainless steel, carbon steel, Inconel, and other special alloys)—a portfolio and production process that can be seen during the trade fair.
Tubotech is an event promoted by Cipa Fiera Milano in partnership with Tarcom Promoções, with the support of the Brazilian Association of the Metal Tube and Accessory Industry (Abitam). In this edition, it expects to attract around 15,000 highly qualified professionals from the automotive, oil and gas, metal construction, food, furniture, mining, paints, and infrastructure sectors, among others.
Simultaneously, the 3rd edition of wire South America is taking place. This South American version of wire Düsseldorf—the world's largest wire and cable trade fair—features products and visitors that have great synergy with Tubotech's audiences and will showcase the latest technologies, products, and services in wire and cable manufacturing and processing.
