Participating industries of the 10th Tubotech bring product innovations
São Paulo, September 2019 – Although Brazil is the 10th largest steel exporter in the world and the national product is distributed to more than 100 countries, the outlook for the metal is quite challenging. The projections indicate that the steel industry will only return to pre-crisis levels by the end of 2021.
The scenario does not discourage companies from continuing to invest and produce. “There is a great outlook for the group's participation Delete Stellari at the Tubotech fair and we are aligned with the purpose of the fair,” states Carlos Eduardo Vizeu Lopes, director of the company.
The company is one of the participants in the 10th edition of Tubotech, the International Trade Fair for Pipes, Valves, Pumps, Fittings, and Components, organized and promoted by Cipa Fiera Milano with the support of ABITAM (Brazilian Association of the Metal Pipe and Accessory Industry). The event, which is the sector's main showcase, takes place from October 1 to 3 at the São Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center in São Paulo.
Simultaneously, the 4th wire South America – International Wire and Cable Fair will take place, whose products and visitors have great synergy with the Tubotech audiences. The joint events will feature the participation of more than 500 national and international exhibiting brands, occupying an area of 20,000 m², and an estimated audience of 13,000 industry professionals.
Suprimas Stellari is participating in the event for the first time. In addition to bringing items from its portfolio, such as tubes, ducts, and bellows guards for industrial machinery, it will present the Supri HD line featuring extra protection with steel rings for dragging the tube across abrasive surfaces.
Constant presence
Steel is a very versatile material. Used in restaurants, industrial kitchens, hospitals, laboratories, businesses in general, and people's homes, it has the necessary strength for the most varied uses. Among its properties are resistance to low and high temperatures, a chemical composition that prevents it from peeling, long durability, and low maintenance cost.
This is one of the most suitable materials for the manufacturing industry, turning into capital goods or consumer goods. Many of these products can be seen at the booths of the 10th Tubotech.
One of the examples comes from Unival. The company manufactures steel gate, globe, check, ball, and butterfly valves. The company will bring carbon steel pipe fittings and cast carbon steel fittings to Tubotech. Among the new products are camlock-type quick couplings, used for the connection and installation of industrial hoses, which are responsible for transporting chemical substances, corrosive materials, and fuels, typically used in industries and refineries.
Another company that will be present is Amazon Steel, in turn, seeking to expand networking. “The event opens opportunities for future business and partnerships, as well as strengthening the relationship with our clients,” states Felipe Rocha Leão, commercial manager at Amazon Aço.
