voestalpine Meincol, a traditional company from Caxias do Sul (RS), which belongs to the Austrian group voestalpine – a European leader in steel tubes and profiles – has participated in all editions of the Tubotech | International Trade Fair for Pipes, Valves, Pumps, Fittings and Components and has already confirmed attendance for the 9th edition of the event that takes place from October 3 to 5, 2017, at the São Paulo Expo, in São Paulo.
Featuring high technology for the production of steel-based industrial goods, especially for the automotive, agricultural, and civil construction sectors, it introduces the following new products: tubes for civil construction formwork using the Direct Forming process; tubes for agricultural cabins, forklifts, and construction using the Direct Forming process and aggregated processes; tubes for the light and heavy automotive segment with aggregated processes; and profiles with special geometries for various segments, such as warehousing and monoblocks.
The innovative Direct Forming technology is capable of forming steel tubes and profiles into special geometries in-line, facilitating the new product development process, expanding their applications, and bringing new solutions to customers.
