Com hundreds of national and international exhibitors, including the presence of BLM GROUP do Brasil, the event will bring together around 12,000 industry professionals in 2025.

There are structures that sustain the world without us realizing it. They are inside cars, in buildings, in industrial machines, in energy systems, in hospitals, and even in sports arenas. They are the steel pipes — discreet, yet indispensable. They connect, conduct, and give shape to modernity. From October 29 to 31, 2025, this “invisible” engineering will take center stage at São Paulo Expo, during the simultaneous execution of Tubotech – International Trade Fair for Pipes, Valves, Pumps, Fittings and Components and then Wire Brazil – International Wire and Cable Fair.

The two complementary events will form a major innovation and business center for the metal-mechanic industry, showcasing launches, technologies, and solutions that are redefining the way the world builds, produces, and connects.

Steel tubes: from mobility to construction, an essential link in technological evolution

Steel tubes are no longer merely structural components; they have become high-performance elements found in virtually every manufacturing sector. In the automotive industry, they already account for more than 30% of the components in modern vehicles, including the tubular structures that support Stock Car race cars. In the construction industry, they are replacing conventional beams and columns with lighter, stronger, and more sustainable solutions. And in sectors such as oil and gas, energy, and sanitation, they ensure safety, durability, and technical precision.

This versatility explains why pipes are everywhere — as far as the eye can see. Their ability to combine lightness, efficiency, and aesthetics has transformed the way structures and machines are designed, enabling bolder and more functional creations. According to the general director of BLM GROUP of Brazil, Fábio Hollatz, the market is experiencing a new phase of technological awareness. “We want to show how automation and digital control applied to pipe processing make industries more efficient, productive, and sustainable. It is a silent revolution underway,” he states.

Innovation in the spotlight: benders, lasers, and intelligent automation

During Tubotech, BLM GROUP will present its new all-electric CNC tube bender Smart model, equipment that symbolizes the union of precision and energy efficiency. Compact, fast, and fully electric, the machine features a faithful simulation graphic interface capable of reproducing the bending process in real time. “It is equipment that combines productivity, economy, and safety. It allows right and left-hand bends in a single cycle and performs automatic tube loading without wasting time,” explains Hollatz.

The company will also expand its product line Laser tube, focused on the automated cutting of metal tubes with diameters ranging between 12 and 610 mm, catering from light to the most robust applications. Furthermore, it will present high-productivity automatic cutting machines and design and production management software that integrate the entire manufacturing process. “We want the market to see that it is possible to adopt cutting-edge technology in a simple and scalable way,” reinforces the director.

With solutions that combine digitalization and sustainability, BLM reaffirms its position as one of the companies that invest the most in innovation in the sector, transforming manufacturing into an increasingly smart and competitive process.

A meeting of trends shaping the industrial future

The simultaneous realization of Tubotech and then Wire Brazil creates a strategic environment for professionals operating across the entire industrial chain — from metal processing to energy distribution. The two trade shows share the same purpose: driving innovation and bringing companies, engineers, and decision-makers together around solutions that optimize material use, reduce costs, and increase production efficiency.

For Hollatz, the event is an opportunity to get closer to the market and strengthen the technology ecosystem. “Our expectation is that visitors will realize how much BLM equipment can add to their businesses. The trade show is a space to demystify the idea that cutting-edge technology is complex or inaccessible,” he highlights.

More than just a meeting place for exhibitors, Tubotech promises to be a showcase of the future. A space where steel reinvents itself and shows that, behind every visible structure, there is a network of pipes, connections, and ideas silently shaping the world.
