Aimed primarily at the nondestructive testing market, the Polimeter<\/strong> participates in Tubotech 2017<\/strong> with the main objective of deepening the relationship with clients and prospecting new business. International Trade Fair for Tubes, Valves, Pumps, Fittings and Components<\/strong> takes place from October 3 to 5, 2017, at S\u00e3o Paulo Expo, in S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

For Polimeter's general manager, Ednilson Roberto Br\u00e1z, Tubotech is one of the most important industrial trade shows for the company. \u201cWe have participated uninterruptedly since 2005, as the trade show provides an opportunity to be with our clients and prospect for new ones in the business recovery. <\/em>In Brazil, Polimeter is the exclusive representative of MAC \u2013 Magnetic Analysis Corporation \u2013 USA, a leader in the supply of eddy current testing systems and devices for defect detection in seamless and welded tubes.<\/p>\n

Among the products offered at the fair will be the Echomac\u00ae Weld Line Tester<\/strong>, apparatus for detecting defects in pipes manufactured by the ERW welding process. The system operates with Echomac test electronics and a test head containing ultrasound transducers with irrigation shoes for continuous coupling with the tested pipe. The head can operate either on the forming line or off-line. In addition, it has other functions: an alert alarm for any loss of coupling between the transducer and the pipe due to loss of water or improper alignment; quick change of transducers for changing pipe sizes; and automatic marking of the defect location.<\/p>\n

A Tubotech<\/strong> 1st International Fair of Tubes, Valves, Pumps, Fittings and Components <\/strong>takes place from October 3 to 5, 2017, at S\u00e3o Paulo Expo, in S\u00e3o Paulo, promoted by Cipa Fiera Milano<\/strong> in partnership with Tarcom Promo\u00e7\u00f5es, <\/strong>and carrying out of Brazilian Association of the Metal Pipe and Fitting Industry (ABITAM). <\/strong><\/p>\n

The fair brings together hundreds of exhibitors and, in this edition, expects to attract around 15,000 highly qualified professionals from the automotive, oil and gas, metal construction, food, furniture, mining, paints, and infrastructure sectors, among others.<\/p>\n

Simultaneously with Tubotech takes place the 3rd edition of the wire South America, <\/strong>South American version of the world's largest wire and cable trade fair, wire D\u00fcsseldorf, whose products and visitors have a great synergy with Tubotech's audiences, which will bring the latest technologies, products, and services in wire and cable manufacturing and processing.<\/p>\n
