The most important fair for the sector in America is going to happen on <strong>October 03 to 05, 2017,<\/strong> at <strong>S\u00e3o<\/strong> <strong>Paulo Expo<\/strong>, in S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>According to\u00a0Amauri Baggenstoss, Commercial Director of the Hydraulic Unit, the fair will be strategic for Tupy at this moment, working as a showcase for the new lines of connections and valves presentation to the market, besides to reinforce the differential of other products of the company, which is one of the leaders in the segment of connections in cast iron in Brazil, and exports for more than 40 countries. \u201c<em>We believe in a retake in the internal market in a medium term, with new investments, in addition to the continuous growing of the competitivity of our products in the global market. Is exactly for this reason we are investing on launching of new connection lines and valves, and also with the expansion of our variety of sealing tapes\u201d<\/em>, said the executive.<\/p>\n<p>For Tubotech 2017, the Hydraulic Business Unit will launch three new product lines with Tupy brand, offering solutions even more complete. There will be 332 items in the total. The highlights are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>TupyForged<\/strong> is a connection line of forged steel developed specific for support even higher pressures. Are made mainly for industrial facilities of high pressure and\/or high temperature, being applied to liquid and gas fuel facilities, hydraulic systems (oil and pneumatics) with huge pressures, in addition to vapor facilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TupyValves<\/strong> is a line for flow control. The full-proof sealing is the great differential of Tupy valves, tested and approved in Brazil and abroad, after exposed to the most severe conditions. Has application for gas, hot and cold water and steam systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TupyGrooved<\/strong> is a line that offers a perfect fit and security of the technical support of engineers from whole Brazil. Ideal for fire prevention systems, with advanced technology of coupling. To create the new lines, Tupy searched and tested a lot all the materials, ensuring that all the products meet the most demanding standards of quality and security, besides to meet the Brazilian rules and Tupy\u2019s own requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sealing tape<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Tupy also broader its sealing tape line, that counts with two models: Classic, the traditional tape, for residential use, and Extra, tape with bigger density for professional use.<\/p>\n<p>Concerning the industrial hydraulic market, Tupy is going to take to Tubotech also its already traditional connection lines of malleable iron BSP, NPT, high and medium pressure, TupyFix and Tupypres. In addition to that, is going to present to the market the customized product line TupyProject, for specific applications in sanitation and gas, with sale by order. The portfolio for the fair will be completed with iron continued profiles, that meet a huge diversity of industrial segments.<\/p>\n<p>The 9th edition of Tubotech that is going to gather a hundred exhibitors from tubes, valves, pumps and connection segments, aims to attract around 15 thousand professionals highly qualified from the automotive, gas and oil, metallic construction, food, furniture, mining, inks and infrastructure sectors, among others. The biannual event is promoted by <strong>Cipa Fiera Milano, <\/strong>in partnership with<strong> Tarcom Promo\u00e7\u00f5es, <\/strong>held by <strong>Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira da Ind\u00fastria de Tubos e Acess\u00f3rios de Metal (ABITAM) <\/strong>[Brazilian Association of Tubes and Metal Accessories Industry].<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tupy was founded in 1938, in Joinville, Santa Catarina, by Albano Schmidt, Hermann Metz and Arno Schwarz, to produce in the country, malleable iron connections, that until the moment was an item for importing in Brazil. In 1958, executed the first contract for supply iron automotive components, which is nowadays its main segment of business.<\/p>\n<p>The seventies marked the Tupy internationalization, that already exported connections for South America and Europe and stablished offices in USA and Germany. In the nineties, the company stop being a family company and its sharing control was acquired by a group of pension funds and banks. In 1998, acquired a casting plant, in Mau\u00e1, S\u00e3o Paulo. In 2012, acquired two more casting plants, this turn in Mexico, increasing its productive capacity and strengthening its presence in the iron components for agricultural machines, mining and civil construction market.<\/p>\n<p>Tupy is certified by ISO\/TS 16949 standards (specific standard for the automotive sector), ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and employs around twelve thousand people.
