Gilson Santos Bertozzo, Superintendent of Sindisider – Brazilian National Union of Steel Distributors, speaks about the importance of Tubotech<\/strong>, which is a great showcase for the establishment of businesses at national and international levels. The 9th edition of International Fair of Pipes, Valves, Pumps, Connectors and Components <\/strong>emphatically presents all the potential of the tube industries in the country. “The current situation that industries are going through, makes an event of this magnitude a motivation to move on,” he said.<\/p>\n

The executive addressed the value of the steel industry in the country, which is a basic input for the civil construction, machinery and automotive industries, that is, areas that require large capital investments. “As the Brazilian economy shows small signs of recovery, investments are still at that same pace.” <\/em><\/p>\n

However, with regard to medium- and long-term expectations, Gilson states that these are the best possible ones. “You cannot look at a country with a housing deficit like ours and the gigantic infrastructure shortages we have, without being optimistic about the future of steel. There will not be a slight growth in Brazil if the steel industry is not the protagonist of this action. The heart of the problem is how to survive if this happen”.<\/em><\/p>\n

Sindisider is the steel distributors union with a national scope. The industries that manufacture and market tubes are those represented. “In this way, it is a great satisfaction to participate and support Tubotech, an event with such great repercussion and that serves to present how modern and technological our industrial park is in this sector, not having anything for any other country,” he concludes.<\/em><\/p>\n

In this edition Tubotech will bring together hundreds of exhibitors, in 20 thousand square meters, of tubes, valves and connections, machines and equipment – forming machine, sawing machine, pipe bending machine and polishing machine, and services – curve in tube, bending, galvanizing and welding.<\/p>\n

Simultaneously, the 3rd edition of wire South America<\/strong>, the South American version of the largest wire and cable trade fair in the world, wire D\u00fcsseldorf, will be held. WSA will present the most recent technologies, products and services in the manufacturing and processing of wire and cables. The events will be carried out on October 03 to 05, 2017 at S\u00e3o Paulo Expo, in S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n
