<\/span>1.\tWhere can I find all rules and regulations for my participation in the event?<\/h3>\n

All specific rules and the guidelines on the collection of fees are available in the Exhibitor’s\u00a0Portal (coming soon)<\/strong>. You will receive your login and password to access the site after sending the formal contract.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n

<\/span>2.\tFrom that date will the specific standards be available in the Exhibitor Manual?<\/h3>\n

The event rules are available in the Exhibitor’s\u00a0Portal (coming soon)<\/strong>\u00a0always 90 days before the assembly date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n

<\/span>3.\tWhat are the dates\/times of assembly and disassembly?<\/h3>\n

ASEMBLY<\/strong><\/strong><\/td>\nBeginning: September 30th, at 08:00<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Ending: October 2nd, at 4pm<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
EXECUTION<\/b><\/span><\/td>\nOctober 3rd to 5th, from 1pm to 8pm<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
DISASSEMBLY<\/strong><\/strong><\/td>\nFrom October 5th at 8pm<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
NOTE:<\/strong> On 02\/10, only assembly until 4pm will be allowed. The period from 4pm until 8pm will reserved for decoration and small adjustments to the booth. It will be three days of assembly (24 hours per day till 2th October 4pm) but Caex\u2019s attendance is 8am to 8pm<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The entry of minors under sixteen (16) years old, even accompanied by those responsible will be expressly prohibited. Except infants up to a maximum of 1 year of age.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n

<\/span>4. Is there a Union of Trade Fairs Build Up Companies?<\/h3>\n

<\/span>5.\tCan trucks enter the Pavilion during the entire assembly period?<\/h3>\n
\n

Access shall be made by the Services Gate (Rua Miguel Est\u00e9fano, near #3000, in front of the main gate of Botanic Garden). You cannot unload inside the Pavilion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n

<\/span>6.\tWhat are the documents required so that the assembler can access the Pavilion to start assembling my stand?<\/h3>\n
